STGO Category 3 Low Loader Driver

Collins Earthworks is recruiting an experienced STGO Category 3 low loader driver for its transport team, starting from the Ripley site and travelling nationwide. The driver moves abnormal loads of up to 140 tonnes, including dozers, compactors, excavators and reach stackers, using beam trailers, interdollys and jeep dollys. The work includes following pre-planned abnormal load routes, liaising with police and private escorts, and loading and securing plant.

• At least 2 years' STGO Cat 3 low loader experience
• Experience with abnormal loads over 70 tonnes
• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• CPCS loader securer and ADR with tanks are desirable
