Yard Person

SMT GB is hiring a yard person at Immingham. The job covers preparing and valeting machines ready for delivery to customers, booking machines into the depot with visual inspections, allocating storage space, loading and unloading machinery with transport providers, and keeping records of deliveries, collections and courier movements.

• Experience in a yard, warehouse, transport, logistics or outdoor role
• Understanding of construction equipment or heavy plant
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and/or forklift licence an advantage
