Operator Trainer, Mobile and Crawler Cranes

Liebherr-Great Britain is hiring a full-time operator trainer for Liebherr Training Services at its Biggleswade test centre, with travel elsewhere in the UK and overseas. The trainer runs familiarisation training on Liebherr mobile and crawler cranes and courses including Appointed Person, Mobile Crane and Slinger/Signaller, carries out CPCS testing and NVQ assessments, demonstrates cranes to customers and examines lifting equipment at Liebherr GB sites. Reporting to the training manager, the post also involves preparing lesson plans, developing courses and attending trade shows.

• Recognised apprenticeship to NVQ Level 2
• CPCS card with the mobile crane category, held for at least five years
• GCSE maths and English at grade A to C (9 to 4)
• CPCS tester and trainer card an advantage
• Able to travel in the UK, Ireland and overseas
