HIAB HGV Driver

Welfare Hire, part of Kelling Group, is hiring a HIAB HGV driver at Sherburn in Elmet. The driver moves welfare units and lighting towers between the company's depots at Huntingdon, Bristol, Scotland and Sherburn and out to customer sites, using the vehicle's 2 tonne Atlas crane to load and unload. Duties include condition checks with photos on a tablet, customer handovers, daily vehicle checks, tachograph downloads and journey planning.

• HGV licence with HIAB qualification
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• At least two years' HGV driving experience
• Experience moving large units or equipment safely
• Early starts and occasional nights out may be needed

Pay and benefits: Permanent, 40 hours over 5 days out of 7, with overtime available. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, life insurance at 2.5 times salary, pension up to 5% and a healthcare cash plan.
