Class 2 Driver

Nationwide Platforms is hiring an HGV Class 2 driver to deliver and collect powered access machines on a low loader. The driver loads, secures and unloads machines, hands them over and shows customers how to use them, carries out daily checks on the vehicle and its equipment, and works within tachograph and working time rules. Full training can be given.

• HGV Class 2 licence and full CPC card
• Low loader experience delivering plant or recovering vehicles preferred, with full training available
• Sound understanding of HGV safety and upkeep
• Good customer service, as drivers demonstrate equipment to customers

Pay and benefits: 45-hour week, Monday to Friday; competitive salary plus bonus and overtime at 1.5x; 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, health insurance, auto-enrolment pension and retail discounts.
