Used Equipment Preparation and Presentation Operative

Holt JCB is hiring a yard person and equipment preparation operative at its Avonmouth depot in Bristol. The job gets used machines and attachments ready for customers: washing and valeting, removing old markings and applying company branding, basic visual checks for damage, leaks and wear, and final readiness checks. It also covers keeping the yard safe and organised, moving machines within the depot, and helping the parts department with deliveries, loading and stock.

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Able to spot visible equipment defects
• Yard, workshop or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift licence and telehandler or plant experience desirable
