Branch Assistant

ESS, the Vp plc business supplying safety, survey, communications and test and measurement equipment, is hiring a branch assistant in West Bromwich. The job mixes counter work with customers, processing orders and returns, testing and inspecting products, daily compliance and safety checks, loading vehicles and occasionally delivering or collecting equipment. It is a full-time, permanent role on 40 hours a week.

• Full driving licence and good local knowledge
• An interest in tools and machinery
• Good customer service and comfortable in a busy branch
• Basic workplace safety knowledge
