Yard Foreman

Welfare Hire, the Kelling Group business with a large fleet of towable welfare units and welfare vans, is hiring a yard foreman to run the yard and warehouse at its Huntingdon depot. The foreman leads and trains the yard and depot team, allocates daily work, oversees order processing and stock, plans repairs to damaged assets, signs off pre-delivery inspections before dispatch and is responsible for health and safety. It is a hands-on post and includes opening and closing the depot as key holder.

• Supervisory or management experience in a busy yard or warehouse
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving
• Full driving licence
• Forklift licence and hire industry experience an advantage

Pay and benefits: Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Bonus scheme, company pension, life insurance, additional leave, sick pay and free on-site parking.
