General Assistant

Speedy Hire is hiring a general assistant at its Exeter depot to support all of the teams there, loading and unloading vehicles and keeping the depot clean and tidy. The role is a starting point for a career in engineering, with in-house training courses. Good spoken and written communication is needed, and experience in the hire industry or an engineering field is desirable.

Pay and benefits: £29,572 a year, pro rata; Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, 42 hours; 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension, canteen facilities, a voluntary health cash plan, and training and progression opportunities.
