Senior Field Service Engineer

Welfare Hire, part of Kelling Group, is hiring a senior field service engineer to work nationally. Mostly in the field, the engineer services, maintains and repairs welfare equipment at customer sites, covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults, planned maintenance, breakdowns and emergency call-outs. The post also line manages five to six field service engineers, acting as their first point of technical support, running reviews and site audits, and helping with recruitment and training.

• Relevant mechanical or electrical knowledge and experience
• Driving licence
• Flexible on travel, tasks and working hours
• Attention to detail and good timekeeping

Pay and benefits: Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday. Bonus scheme, company pension, life insurance, cycle to work scheme, additional leave and sick pay.
