Mobile Service Engineer, Routine Maintenance

Holt JCB is hiring mobile service engineers to carry out planned and routine maintenance on customers' JCB machines across South West England and South Wales. The kit includes mini and midi excavators, site dumpers, telescopic handlers, access machines and generators. Work is allocated centrally and done to service schedules and checklists: fluids, filters and service items, inspection for wear and defects, and service records. Engineers work from a company vehicle, call customers ahead of arrival and follow each site's rules.

• Mechanical engineering or plant maintenance experience
• Servicing construction, agricultural, automotive or similar equipment
• Understanding of engines, hydraulics and basic electrics
• Confident with customers and digital job reporting
• JCB experience an advantage
• Full UK driving licence
