Mobile Fitter (Major Projects)

Plantforce is hiring mobile fitters for its Major Projects division, covering Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and nearby areas. The work is scheduled servicing of excavators, ADTs, dozers, telehandlers, compaction and agricultural equipment, plus preventive maintenance, fluid checks, fitting parts, fault reporting and preparing plant for redeployment. There is also scope to help the digital division fit GPS systems, human form recognition cameras and height and slew restrictors, with training given.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Construction Plant or Machinery Maintenance
• Full driving licence
• Experience of plant, construction equipment and hydraulic systems
• Understanding of risk assessments and method statements
• Right to work in the UK
