Mobile Fitter

GAP Group is hiring two mobile fitters for its Plant and Tool division at Aylesford, Maidstone. Working from a home depot, the fitters service, maintain and repair diggers, dumpers and hand tools in depots and on customer sites, diagnose faults, complete inspections and test certificates, and keep service records up to date. Contracted hours are 42.5 a week.

• Proven plant mechanic or fitter experience, qualified or time-served
• Up-to-date knowledge of heavy plant maintenance
• Able to work alone on customer sites
• Full valid driving licence
