Heavy Plant Mechanic

A E Yates Limited Civil Engineering is hiring an experienced heavy plant mechanic to work from its Bolton workshop and in the field across the UK. The job covers diagnosing, servicing and repairing heavy plant and specialist equipment, including breakdowns, planned maintenance and inspections on site. Travel at short notice and nights away from home are part of the role.

• NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding skills and confidence working from electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Piling, ground stabilisation or field service experience is desirable
