Field Servicing Engineer

UK Forks, part of Vp plc, is hiring a field servicing engineer based around Milton Keynes, with candidates from Oxford, Northampton, Bedford and Luton also considered. The engineer carries out planned servicing and inspections on UK Forks telehandlers, access platforms and attachments at customer sites, makes basic safety-critical repairs found during checks, manages their own parts stock and reports to the service desk by tablet. The role is 45 hours a week and can involve travel and overnight stays.

• Basic mechanical and electrical engineering skills
• Valid driving licence
• Able to work on your own initiative and plan your time
• Willing to work extra hours and travel for training or field support
