Crawler Crane Operator

Sarens UK is hiring a crawler crane operator on an 18-month contract for a major project in Hull, with Teesside, Able Seaton and Port Talbot also listed as work locations. The operator runs large crawler cranes including the LR1600, LR1750, CC2800, CC8800 and CC9800, assembles and dismantles them on site, checks lift plans, certificates and load charts before work, and carries out inspections and daily maintenance. Further projects in Europe may follow.

• Proven experience on crawler lattice boom cranes of 600 tonnes and above
• Valid hoisting or safety certificate and working at height certificate
• C or CE driving licence
• Good spoken English and a basic grasp of mechanics and hydraulics
• Forklift, telehandler or aerial platform tickets an advantage
